Purple Martin
Occurred the most disproportionately in western Oregon hexagons
with 14-44% mixed conifer-deciduous forest and some wetlands and
wet shrubland. The logistic regression analysis showed positive or
negative association with elevation (hex. avg.), the extent of public
land, April minimum temperature (hex. avg.), and-to a lesser
degree-number of land cover types, total freshwater habitat,
topographic variation, and July minimum temperature (hex. avg.).
